Christmas is rapidly approaching and we are getting so excited. Mommy has been a busy little bee lately trying to get everything done. One of her big projects has been to help some kiddos in my class that are in need. When she talked to Mrs. Safko, my teacher, she found out that there were 5-6 kids that were "homeless" or in serious need just in my class. That was all it took for her to spring into action. With the help of Andrea Oppelt, Nonna, and a bunch of other givers she was able to provide Christmas for 14 different kiddos! It was certainly awesome to see. There were Christmas presents everywhere in our house. Sometimes I had a hard time understanding that they weren't for us but I really liked the idea of what was going on. Mommy even had me help Daddy put together a bike for one of the little boys. I can only imagine his face on Christmas morning! It is going to be so great!
This last week we had our Christmas program at our school. Our class made cute little reindeer hats and sang Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer. We were adorable with our little hats on and all of our hand signals. Nonna, Miss Heather, Jace and Bella all came to watch me perform. It was super fun! The next day we had our Holiday party in our class and my mommy got to come and help out. We did all sorts of fun crafts and had lots of yummy goodies.
Now, school is out for a couple of weeks and we have lots of time to rest up and relax. Since I don't have school every day we have been spending lots of time with Nonna and Nonno. Nonna has been spoiling us and letting me help bake/decorate cookies. Its super fun!

I can't wait for Christmas! I know that its Jesus' birthday which sounds like a wonderful reason to celebrate.
Sister told you about all of the presents that have been stacking up around our house. I didn't pay much attention to them which really surprised mommy and daddy. They were a bit afraid that I would want to tear into things, but I have been really good. I have my eyes on one present under the tree that I know is from sissy and I keep asking when I can open it. For some reason the rest don't seem to matter!
I had my holiday program and party the same day that sissy had hers. Lots of parents came and we all stood up in the front of the church and sang them songs. I was really proud of myself and so was mommy! We had a gift exchange in our class and I got my very own Ninja Turtle!
This last weekend was mommy's birthday. Normally we go out of town for the weekend and daddy had it all planned! Mommy made him cancel at the last minute because there is no snow up in the mountains and she really wants to go sledding. So, we spent a nice weekend at home with a few special surprises for mommy thrown in.
