Maren:
Our October has started out great and full of fun already. Mommy is doing a great job keeping us busy while daddy is off hunting and on his own adventures. We packed up and headed to Reno for the weekend so she could go to a conference but Maddox and I got to hang out with Pica, Grammie, Aunt Deb and the kids. We had a great time playing, got to go to a Farm for some fun fall activities, to a childrens museum (kind of like Kid Time), and got great one on one cousin time.
She also signed us up for gymnastics finally! I have been asking to go for years now and she finally found a class for us. Maddox gets to do his own version so we both have a class at the same time. After a few weeks in the class mommy noticed a class called Ninja Kour that is similar to the Ninja Warrior. She switched me over and I absolutely love it! It is a class full of obstacle course type exercises, strengthening and core building exercises. Jace is in my class and we have a lot of fun.
I have still been going to riding lessons weekly and am really making a lot of good progress. I am still riding Phoenix as Jack is getting closer and closer to retirement.
Maddox:
I got a new kitten! I have been telling mommy for a long time now that I want my own pet... Sissy has Squirrel and Joline and I was a bit concerned that I didn't have an animal to call my own. My new idea was that I would ask Santa Clause for one as that seemed to work for sister. Miraculously, a new kitten came home a few weeks later and now I won't have to! I had a really hard time deciding on a name and came up with everything ranging from Lightning McQueen to Dump Truck or Tractor Kitty but ultimately decided on Apple Kitty. Even though I was really upset initially that mommy hadn't bought me a new tractor toy, I eventually snuggled her and fell in love.
As sister said, we recently got to go to Reno to visit Pica and Grammie. I had lots of fun playing with Fletcher! Even though he decided to bite me on the leg once our mommy's think we will end up being pretty good buddies.
I also started a little gymnastics class for little people. Its pretty fun... we get to jump on bouncy trampolines, jump into ball pits, swing on bars... all kinds of fun things that help our little bodies develop and to help us be more coordinated. I have lots of fun and really enjoy having my buddy Bella in class with me too.
