Maren: 2023 is here! Or, I should say... WAS here! Mommy officially started making this book in June of 2024. So, bear with her! Some of theses posts might be a bit fuzzy regarding details as she was scrambling to get caught up! The pictures still tell the story the best and there are plenty of those to enjoy.
Maddox - The snow is here and we've got the fever. Life has been pretty busy, like usual, but we are still having fun. This year, I asked for a ski weekend for my birthday instead of having a party and I'm so glad I did. Mommy invited some friends to join us and one of my best buddies Chase, and his family came down. Mr. Russel also joined us (Miss Jenny was out of town visiting her son in Portland so she couldn't come) for the fun. We stayed in a hotel the night before our ski adventure and had an amazing day on the mountain. Mommy made some yummy soups for us to enjoy and we had a great parking lot party during the lunch break. On my actual birthday, mommy made me heart shaped pancakes with chocolate ganache which was super yummy. It was a perfect way to start my 8th year!
