This last weekend and over the 4th we had some very special visitors. Aunt Kristy, Uncle Forrest, Baylee, and Paige came to visit us for a few days! They brought their dogs Ruby and Josie too! We had a absolute blast while they were here and did all kinds of fun things. I loved having the girls around and Miss Paige got to be the first person to sleep over in my room on the trundle bed! I felt so grown up and special!
While they were here mommy planned a special surprise and booked a trip on the Jet Boats. It was a fun day and really wet! We went on the dinner cruise and it was about 90 degrees when we got on the boat. The driver made sure we cooled off fast and splashed us with a big wave after about 2 minutes on the boat! We had a yummy dinner and ate way too much as always!
The second day they were there we had a fun outing to the Oregon Caves. We had taken Baylee and Paige the last time they visited but I was unable to go inside because I was too small. This time I got to take the tour too! At first I was a bit scared and stuck pretty close to my mommy but after about 10 minutes I was ok. Then when we were done with the tour I went back to the lodge and got my Junior Ranger badge! After we were home we had a little fireworks show in our back yard then settled in for some home-made pizza and a relaxing night.

As sissy mentioned, we had some very special visitors this last week. I don't remember meeting Aunt Kristy and the girls since the last time I saw them I was only about 8 months old. I have never met Uncle Forest and he had never been to our house before so it was special for both of us! I loved him right away and went straight to him for a hug and some snuggles.
The jet boat trip was fun, but I didn't like getting wet. Not one little bit. Maybe that's because huge walls of water would come splashing over on us every time the pilot would stop the boat suddenly. Everyone else on the boat thought it was hilarious but I was not happy! Thankfully mommy brought a blanket and every time she would see a wave coming she would pull the blanket over my head! I stayed nice and dry after the first big douse!
Our trip to the Oregon Caves was pretty uneventful for me. I'm still too small to go into the caves so daddy put me in the pack and went for a hike. Not long after I was asleep... so, that was it for me!
When we got home from the caves we had our own little 4th of July celebration. Mommy and Daddy bought some fireworks and put on a show in the back yard. I really liked the fireworks but they were a bit noisy for me.
