Summer is here!

Maren:
Summer is officially here!  We are busy, busy, busy and having lots of fun!  It is getting hot around here which means we are playing in the water when we are outside.  I am also still going to swim lessons (5 months in a row now) and am doing really great!  I am learning a ton and able to swim around on my own without any help!  I am all ready for the summer ahead!
We are doing lots of fun stuff around the house and visiting Nonna and Nonno a lot!  Picnics outside, pool time, sprinkler time... We love summer!! 

Maddox:
I am loving summer and all of the fun!  Mommy and daddy have set up the pool in the back yard and once the water warms up in the sun I really enjoy it!  Daddy put the slide in the pool and I think its pretty fun to go down and splash into the water.  Someone has to still watch me pretty close though because I have been known to fall off because it gets really slippery!
I am quite the clown lately... everywhere we go now I have to have my "yea-yah" on, which is what I call necklaces,  I also really like to have a hat on, and any hat will do!  If I'm already wearing a hat and see a different one, I will often times wear two!  Then to top off my outfits I must always be wearing my shoe-shoes! Mine, sissy's, mommy's... doesn't seem to matter really.  I just want a pair on!
Oh, I'm talking up a storm!  Some new words for me: copy, tickle-tickle, kitty cat.
